One of the first things you need to do is make sure that your Blender is up-to-date. Starting with version 3.0, Blender has the ability to import USD files.
After updating, take your USDZ file and make a copy. Make sure to name it as a copy. During the rename process change the file type from "USDZ" to "zip".
It will ask you if you are sure you want to change the file format. Agree to it. After, you should be able to double click or use whatever unzipping software is available to open the zip.
Inside will be a USDC file of your model as well as another folder that holds all your textures, like normals, ao, etc.
Open up Blender and go to import. There you should be able to click on the USD and then bring it in.
Note: Materials will not be attached so you will have to manually link them.
